Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of StageU (the "Service"), an AI event-anchoring application available at stageu.app and app.stageu.app, operated from Kerala, India ("StageU", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

StageU helps you plan event programmes, generate anchoring scripts with artificial intelligence, convert scripts to speech using AI voices, and play programme cues during a live event.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of an institution or guardian.

3. AI-generated content

Scripts and audio are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content, names, titles and facts before using them at an event. You must only provide information about guests that you are permitted to share.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading content, to impersonate any person, or to clone or imitate a voice without the owner's consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Voices and voice artists

AI voices are licensed for use within the Service for your events. Voice artists who submit recordings do so under a separate artist agreement shown in the app, including explicit consent for any voice cloning.

6. Plans, payments and delivery

Paid plans, event passes and subscriptions are described on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access to a paid plan is delivered digitally and activated in your account immediately after successful payment; no physical goods are shipped. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Free plan and sponsored events

Free accounts and sponsored or coupon-based events may include a short StageU credit in generated audio or during live playback.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Please test your programme and audio before your event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala shall have jurisdiction.
